About the Author

Donna O. Johnson is a dynamic, motivational speaker known throughout the country for promoting excellence. She is the founder of the "Guaranteed 4.0" method, which teaches successful learning strategies that guarantee a straight A average.

Donna O. received a B.S. in Chemical engineering from the University of Texas- Austin in 1987. During college, she was involved in numerous extracurricular activities which include: student government, U T Dance Team, Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society, American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), Society of Women Engineers (SWE), and the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). She also served as National Chairperson of NSBE and is the founding National Chairperson of NSBE's Alumni Extension.

Upon graduation, Donna O. joined Amoco Corporation as a process design engineer. She also held positions of Project Engineer, Minority and Female Recruiting Program Coordinator, Internal Consultant, and Loaned Executive to NSBE. After serving as the Executive Director of City Year Chicago, she launched her entrepreneurial career enhancing the lives of students with the "Guaranteed 4.0" plan.

Donna O. is a native Texan, now residing in the greater Dallas area, where she is involved in numerous civic activities.
