She is his guiltiest pleasure…

Dr. Cohen Carlson knows all about temptation. Twice before, he’d given in when Dee Lewis, his younger sister’s best friend, decided to seduce him. But he can’t let it happen again. As much as he wants her, he knows he can’t give Dee the love she wants, the love she deserves. He went down that road once before, and the pain left a deep scar. He refuses to give love another try. Not even for Dee.

Dee has loved Cohen forever. As far as she’s concerned, he’s her soulmate. So why is he retreating? Once she finds out his reasons for holding back, she’s determined to prove to him that he can trust her with his heart. What's her plan? To drive him so crazy, he’ll have no choice but to seduce her! It’s sure to work. After all, they say that three time’s a charm…

I am very disappointed that I just bought this book for $6.99 and there is less than 200 pages. Hope it is worth it...

Brenda never fails to write a true love story. These two truly loved one another even though it took him awhile to realize it. Looking forward to read more about the extended Steel family and their love adventures.

Lord have mercy!! Brenda Jackson has done it…again. The story of Cohen & Dee; I couldn’t put it down. Dee had been in love with Cohen, the hot catch of a neurosurgeon, for as long as she could remember. Truth be told he has been in love with her, too, but cannot seem to let go of a past hurt. When Dee finds out why Cohen is so reluctant to open up to her, she loves him even more and tries to show him that it does not have to be that way. But he wasnt having any of that. I could empathize with Dee, trying to love someone who doesnt want to be loved, or so he thinks. What Cohen didn't see was that he was doing the same thing to Dee that had been done to him. He kept rejecting her. The difference in the two of them was that Dee kept trying where is Cohen threw in the towel. But Everyone has a breaking point, even Dee. Thanks to Cohen’s neurosurgeon partner, he got some enlighteneng advice. But the tables turned on Cohen and he had to risk having his love rejected. I was so sad for Dee because I could almost feel how much she loved Cohen and I could feel her heart break. I admired her strength and her struggle to push forward. When the elements finally came together, I could feel Cohen’s regrets and his wish for Dee to open up and receive his glowing love for her. This is a must read. Kudos to Brenda Jackson. ~Sheila
