If you're looking to begin a gut health diet but the thought it overwhelming, this is a great way to start. It simplifies the process and gives step by step ways to get started. There is information about setting up your kitchen and actual recipes. The only thing that I miss is not having pictures for all the recipes. There are some beautiful food pictures throughout, but there isn't one for every recipe.
