Author Daniel K. Judd writes: 'The issues I have selected for inclusion in this book are representative of the difficult questions I have grappled with over the last several years in my work as a professor, a therapist, a bishop, a stake president, and a father.' Those 'hard questions' included: Is divorce the answer to a faltering marriage? Is anger a sin? What justifies and individual or nation to engage in armed conflict? How can I best understand those who are sexually attracted to the same sex? The author shows that the most meaningful answers to all our questions lie in the counsel of prophets and the miracles of the Atonement.

This is a wonderful book about truth, compassion and being Christlike. Even if you do not believe in God. The world needs Compassion, love and acceptance. If you do not read this just Because it was written by a Mormon it will be your loss. There are so many wonderful inspiring books written by people of All faiths and of no faith that are uplifting, comforting and full of much wisdom. We have so much to learn from one another.

After reading the reviews, it was obvious that this book is pro mormon. Not a Christian religion because they dont believe in Jesus as the one true Savior. I want to thank those reviews that made it clear as to what this book really is. I will not get this book knowing that. The peace of God be on His followers.

Read these reviews before buying. Even if it is free , it is a book for mormans . Beware. Don't bother unless you are a morman. Beware of false prophets.

This book is just rehashing quotes and does not provide any unique insights. It can be valuable if you are looking for a book that has answers to multiple issues in one place.

Looking to a mormon prophet (and cult) is not where Christians will get answers...the Bible will serve you better.

This is a religious book and should be billed as such.
