With Nash and Megan story, the Kiky Spurs novels come to an end. As we see from the previous books Megan and Nash had some kind of catch game they play through the years. The feud fight from their fathers is the one that they can not enjoy or start a relationship but everything changes. Will Nash be a bigger man and will bury the ax with Megan father? After injury end Nash carrier as a bull rider, he falls in very dark place but Megan is there to lift him up and he finds new meaning in life to fight. The story is sweet we see how do they develop trough book to both become even better persons. We see also how the previous couples are and, is really great end of a lovely trilogy. I volunteered to review an ARC of this book for Netgelly

A sweet but steamy romance! All Nash ever wanted to do was be a bull rider ... and he did that until he got bucked off one to many times and had to retire. Now he was looking after the family's guest ranch, until he decided what he was gonna do with the rest of his life. Megan owns the Kinky Spurs Bar and did it all on her own, without the help of her rich father. Megan has always had a thing for Nash, but fought it because she knew Nash wasn't the marrying type. But when Nash came home to stay, he pursued Megan with everything he had. The only thing that was getting in their way was Megan's father. Nash and Megan's father were enemies and before Nash it was his father. Will Megan and Nash be able to make it through this family feud that has been going on their whole life? I just loved Nash ... even though he was a hard-headed alpha, he had a soft side when it came to Megan. She was good for him ... she made him think of other people and not just himself. He would do anything for her. And Megan just wanted to live her life without anger and fighting. Most of the scenes with Nash's dog Gus were so funny ... the author really got the puppy experience down good. This book was a great addition to a great series ... so not only would I recommend this book, I recommend the whole series. I received an early copy courtesy of St. Martin's Press through NetGalley in exchange for a honest review.

This is a Hatfield and McCoy romance with a love story between two feuding families and all the stresses that that may cause on a relationship. Unfortunately, one of the characters that is holding the grudge is also the romantic interest. Leaving Megan, the female lead, torn between the love of her father and the love of her life. I enjoyed this story but was taken aback by Megan's stance and that stance kept me from really loving it. Kennedy provided a story with amazing chemistry, strong family ties and a heart-breaking situation that tied me, the reader, to this third installment of Kinky Spurs. I received Hard-Riding Cowboy from St. Martin's Press. This is my honest and voluntary review.

Steamy, forbidden and oh so sweet! The sexy temptation blossoming between Megan and Nash is electrifying on the pages from the start, and the sweetness when we see them together just makes it all even better. They're really adorable together! My first of the series, but it was easy to pick up on the rest of the family. Really enjoyed it! Megan Harrison is living life on her terms now that she's starting to make a success of her bar Kinky Spurs. She's put long hours and everything she owns into the place, so she can't let up for a minute or it will slip through her fingers. One distraction that she doesn't seem to be able to kick is Nash Blackshaw. Nash has been off-limits for all of her life because of a family feud lasting more than their lifetimes. She knows she shouldn't be interested, but what's a girl to do when the only one to push all of her buttons in just the right kinda way is bad boy Nash. When the one night they gave in to their passion leads to a shocking announcement, they have to figure out if they are all in regardless of the fireworks it's going to start between their families ... or all out.

This fantastic book is third in the Kinky Spurs series and it features in Nash an Megan. I think out of the three Blackshaw brothers, Nash is the most damaged. He seem to immediately fall into step with Megan and it was heartwarming to watch. He needed that special someone to believe in him. I was shocked at the outcome of the investigation and the way it was dealt with. I’m not sure if this is the last book in the series but if it is, it’s a really great way to end it. If by chance it’s not, because there are definitely other characters begging to get their stories told, then I can’t wait for more.

I really loved this book. It's the third book in the series and last Blackshaw brother to fall. This book brings the heat, but it also packs in plenty of heart and feels. Nash had me from the beginning, but what he does for the cat and kittens I would be rewarding him just like Megan does. That's the moment Nash became top book boyfriend material to me. I just loved the way he is with Megan it brings out a different side of him. He has many swoon worthy moments. I do feel for Megan though because she's stuck smack dab in the middle of a feuding families. There is the heat and heart in this book, but it also had me laughing quite often. There is also a little suspense that keeps the reader guessing. Nash is a little adrift with no certain path, but with the help of his family and Megan he may find the perfect path for his future. This book is definitively a must read!

Hard-Riding Cowboy by Stacey Kennedy is a scorching hot read. It is replete with an engaging plot, well-defined characters and a complicated romance. It is a fast-paced book, with two main characters that are instantly interesting, likable, and have a ton of off the charts chemistry. This is the third book from the series Kinky Spurs, and it can be enjoyed as a standalone. Although bar owner Megan Harrison comes from wealth thanks to her family's ranching business, she has never taken any monetary assistance from her father. She works extremely hard to be financially independent while keeping her customers happy. Megan has crushed on rodeo superstar Nash Blackshaw for years, but the bad blood between her father and Nash's late father has prevented them from being any more than flirt buddies. Now that Nash's bull riding days are over, he is running the family ranch along with his two brothers. One night they finally give into their passion and have the best sex of their lives. It is unfortunate that the bad blood between their two families remains alive and well. This is a well-written novel and I enjoyed how Ms. Kennedy evolved the romantic relationship between Megan and Nash. They have amazing chemistry and their sexy times are crazy hot. Megan's father is beyond despicable, and I had a difficult time understanding how she could continue to hold him in such high esteem. The bond between Nash and his brothers is inspiring. I always look forward to Ms. Kennedy's future releases. Complimentary copy provided via the publisher via NetGalley.

I really liked this author. This was the first book of hers that I've read and it reminded me of the writing style of Jill Shalvis. Nash was a super hot cowboy and him and Megan had great chemistry. The book starts off with a bang and I loved that! I really enjoyed the storyline and plot, but sometimes it felt like the storyline just went in circles. Megan wants to be with Nash, but there's a family rivalry and she just wants it to end. That part of the book just kept on coming up over and over again. Other than that I really enjoyed the book and the secondary characters added to the overall story. I wouldn't hesitate to read another novel by Stacey Kennedy. **ARC provided by NetGalley. All opinions are my own**

I highly recommend that you read the first 2 books in this series before you start this one as the other 2 show how this relationship starts and other things about their families. Including some things that are spoken about in this book. Megan and Nash finally get their book! Megan is the owner of Kinky Spurs as well as the daughter of the man that the Blackshaw family is feuding with. They were both taught from the time of being children that they are supposed to hate each other. Even when they truly don't. Nash has been struggling since being hurt on the rodeo circuit and forced to retire. But one night with Megan changes everything. Not only for each of them individually but for their families as well. I absolutely loved this one! I have been wanting Nash's story since book 1 and this one certainly didn't disappoint! Nash is still that strong yet sweet man that keeps his real thoughts to himself. To the point that you just want to know what makes him tick. Megan is the type of woman who will always be there for her friends and the people she loves no matter what, including her own family. I love them both! The fact that they are both adult enough to move beyond the things that have happened between their families and at least try to have a relationship is beyond beautiful. And what Nash does is beyond anything I expected!! It's a great story that shows what is truly important!!

Megan Harrison and Nash Blackshaw are supposed to be sworn enemies, their families have been feuding over business dealings for years now. And while they admit the tension caused from their families is there lingering, so are the intense sparks that seem to spike whenever they are near one another. They know getting involved would bring all sorts of drama, but their hearts don't seem to care about that... they just keep pulling them closer together. Question is will they go with what they know, or wander closer to the exciting, and steamy unknown? Hard-Riding Cowboy is third installment in the uber sexy Kinky Spurs series, and I have to say my favorite addition thus far! There was just something about Nash that had my heart racing, and my swoon meter overloading. While he was dominating and bossy as all get out, he also had this unexpected sweet side that really touched my heart. There is just something about a sexy cowboy with alpha tendencies and a good heart that brings me to my knees, and Nash had me in the palm of his hand the whole way through. With each page I turned I found more reasons to love him, he was seriously something else. I loved this story so much, the words were addictive and heartfelt, and the heat between the characters had a overwhelming presence the whole way through! Highly recommend you meet these two, their story is sure to have you smiling and swooning throughout! I requested an advanced copy of this title from NetGalley, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest and unbiased opinion.

(4.25 stars) Ms. Kennedy wasted no time shaking things up for Megan and Nash in the third installment of her Kinky Spurs series. I loved the push and pull between these two. They are fighting an uphill battle with their family’s lifelong feud between them. I was very glad to see Megan written as a strong and independent woman who knows how to stick up for herself. This story is filled with ups and downs, the animals steal the show and I was left with a huge stupid smile on my face well after I read the final word.

Sexy, Sweet, & Heat! A Sexy Contemporary Romance full of heat, heart, humor and some intrigue and suspense. Hard Riding Cowboy takes your breath from the first page and keeps it through a heart reeling number of twists and turns. Get ready for some serious fun a whole lot of sweetness and off the charts tie you up in knots, sexy in this incredibly entertaining story as Ms. Kennedy saves the best for last in the Kinky Spurs Series. Megan Harrison and Nash Blackshaw have been flirting, thinking about and watching the other for ever it seems. But with the long-standing, nasty feud between their families, their attraction has been at a standstill. But when Nash follows Megan to a cabin, the night of Chase and Harper’s Wedding, their magical and sizzling chemistry is about to have them in knots. Giving in to one night only with Nash Blackshaw was all she would allow herself to want. But Nash wants and needs so much more after the best night of both of their lives. But when Megan starts to pull away from him, Nash uses all his playful sexy nature to show her, she couldn’t ignore the magic they shared and how right it felt between them. When Megan surprises Nash by telling him she is pregnant, after their one and only stolen night together. Nash shows her he is all in with his tenderness, support, and with the heat of his touch. Leading them to something good, healthy, and happy between them. But when things start going wrong at Blackshaws Ranch, Nash’s animosity towards her father could ruin it all. Will he be able to put his hatred aside for her father in order to put a stop to a family feud that stands in the way of their family’s happiness? And who is behind all of these accidents? Loved getting to see more of all the Blackshaw brothers and their partners as Ms. Kennedy does a fabulous job at tying this series up. Save A Horse Ride A Cowboy! Loved it! I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

First off, this book is smokin’ hot! Nash and Megan start us off with a crazy, sexy, encounter, and that is just the beginning. Every time, in lots of places, these two are burning up for each other! But that isn’t all their story is, though it is definitely a super-duper bonus. There is quite a few buried emotions in these two. Megan has tried to ignore the feud between her family and Nash’s, for years. Even when it keeps exploding in her face, she doesn’t voice her concerns. Nash has pride and stubbornness to spare, but he also has buried his emotions and hurt deep. Megan is the only thing he is willing to change for, and while he is slow on the uptake, when he finally comes around, he does it amazingly big The wild Blackshaw boy and his favourite “freckles” to chase, finally get their much deserved HEA!

Seriously sexy and sweet Hard-Riding Cowboy is the third book in Stacey Kennedy’s Kinky Spurs series and it was wonderful. Nash and Megan have danced around their mutual attraction for years but once their guards were down the chemistry was absolutely combustible. All the dialogue was realistic and drew me into an interesting storyline full of sexiness, sweetness and sass. I loved seeing the couples from the previous books. They and the other secondary characters added to my enjoyment of the book. I don’t know what the author has planned next but would love to see a spin off for the women of the Three Chicks Brewery. I received an advance reader copy via Netgalley.

Hard Riding Cowboy by Stacey Kennedy Kinky Spurs # Having read book one of this series but missed book two I was thrilled to read book three. This time we have Nash Blackshaw and Megan Harrison, in a bit of a Capulet & Montague situation, getting hot and heavy at a wedding. They have been circling one another for awhile and the push-pull game has been a fun one for both with a relationship on simmer waiting to come to a boil. One of the problems is the feud that raged between both of their fathers and seems to have carried on even though Nash’s father is dead. A number of bad things have happened on Blackwell land and though Nash is pretty sure Megan’s father is behind them she doesn’t want to hear about it. Nope, she wants to play ostrich and pretend everything is or can be “happy” - she does not have to make a decision between Nash or her father. There was one part of this story that reminded me of an O’Henry short story – think it is titled “The Gift” - in which the couple each pawn/sell something to buy a gift for their partner and I found that an interesting twist. Will Nash and Megan find a way to a HEA? Will Nash find a purpose for his future after being unable to continue on the bull riding circuit? Will Nash and Megan’s father find a way to co-exist without feuding? Did I enjoy this book? Yes Would I read more in this series or written by this author? Yes Thank you to NetGalley and SMP-Swerve for the ARC – This is my honest review. 3-4 Stars

Hard Riding Cowboy is book three in the Kinky Spurs series by Stacey Kennedy. I loved the first two books in this series but I don’t know what it was about this one. I think it was my favorite, that Nash is my favorite brother. This book is sweeter than the other two somehow. Megan and Nash were perfect for each other. It just took them awhile to figure that out. Nash Blackshaw is the youngest of the three Blackshaw brothers. He was a successful rodeo bull rider until a severe spinal injury ended his professional career. Now he’s home and helping his family get their new guest ranch off the ground. Nash is used to a very different kind of life. He’s trying to adjust to this new pace. But he doesn’t know where he wants his life to go once things are squared away on his family’s ranch. What does he want to do with his life? He doesn’t like to look back at the career that was cut short. He hasn’t fully accepted what happened to him. Megan Harrison is the owner of Kinky Spurs, the western themed bar in River Rock, Colorado where both she and Nash live. Nash’s father passed away about a year ago but when he was alive, he and Megan’s father were business rivals, or more like enemies. Both Megan and Nash and his brothers were raised to hate the other family. Even now with Nash’s father gone, the hatred festers. Despite this, Megan and Nash have been doing a push and pull thing for years now, flirting, but never giving in. The animosity between their families is part of what kept them apart. Nash has been enjoying the game, the pursuit. Megan believes that it is all it is to Nash, a game. That if he were ever to actually win her, then it would all be over. “He took nothing seriously. All of this was a game to him. She was a game. Megan needed, no, deserved to be more.” When Nash and Megan finally give in to their chemistry, it was everything they ever dreamed of, and more. But, once will never be enough. Nash wants Megan more than anything he’s ever wanted, or needed. She makes him feel at peace somehow. There are things going wrong on the ranch, though. Things that set Nash’s family back significantly in trying to get their new guest ranch going. Nash is convinced that Megan’s father is behind it. That he wants Blackshaw land and will go to any extreme to get it. Can he keep his feelings for Megan separate from his hatred for her father? “She needed, no wanted, to be more important than this bitterness he had toward her father. She wanted to matter. Especially to him.” Megan cares deeply for Nash. But does he just want to win her? Is she just another way for Nash to win out over her father? Can she love Nash but keep her life with him separate from her family because they can never be in the same room together without trying to kill each other. I just loved these two. I do admit Megan frustrated me a bit but I did understand her decisions. She was acting out of emotions and I can’t blame her for that. She just wanted the two men in her life that she loved to care enough about her that they were willing to stop the feud. I also loved the closeness between Nash and his brothers, well, his whole family. I loved that Nash had no hesitation to talk to his brothers when he needed advice. This has been such a fantastic series. I know that Stacey is working on another addition, Meet Me Under The Mistletoe, which will be Darryl, the town cop’s story. I can’t wait.

**I voluntarily read an early copy of this title courtesy of NetGalley and the publisher** Hard-Riding Cowboy is the third book in Stacey Kennedy's Kinky Spurs series and it was a great addition to the first two books. Megan Harrison and Nash Blackshaw have known one another for years, as their families, and more specifically their fathers, have been feuding for years over various issues surrounding their two ranches. Megan is the owner of Kinky Spurs, the bar in town, and Nash finds himself back in River Rock getting the family's guest ranch off the ground after being injured on the professional bull riding tour. Nash and Megan have been attracted to one another for years, but they've never allowed anything to develop. They always treated it more like a big game. When they finally reach the point where the passion and sparks cannot be contained any longer, they give in and it is everything they had always hoped and wanted it to be. But Megan continues to wonder if Nash really wants to be with her for "her" or if he wanted to "win" to get under her father's skin? I really enjoyed the chemistry and relationship between Nash and Megan. She seemed to calm him in a way that no one else could and he seemed to make her feel safe and complete. I will say that Megan's attitude did bother me at times, but I understand her position and why she was that way. I like the closeness of the families and how Nash's brothers and their significant others were always there to help and to lend a hand when needed. A great addition to this series and I'm looking forward to what Stacey Kennedy pens for us next!

It's hard to walk away from a good book. Hard Riding Cowboy fits that description to a tee. Kennedy tempts with heat, grabs hold of the heart and keeps the laughs going, even in the face of a few teardrops falling. Nothing breaks a heart like having to wait to find out what happens next. Nash and Megan are definitely a one sitting read.
