Harley's Little Black Book (2015-) #6 (NOOK Comics with Zoom View) based on 0 ratings. 1 reviews.
This is the sixth in the 'Black Book' series and though it isn't among the best it is still a fun read. The sci-fi element is prominent involving space-pirates and deep space adventure not to mention wacky aliens. Also the dynamic between Harley and Lobo sizzles even if it is derivative and they are both underwritten. The biggest problem I had with the book is the artwork. Gone are the colorful imagery that made these books pop and the facial expressions of the characters are neither whimsical or funny. Both strengths of the previous books. Instead we're given a darker, grittier feel that worked wellwith the writing bit just seemed dark and repeatitive to me. I took one star for that alone. A good book but not as strong or fun as the first three installments.
