About the Author

Emily Ford lives in southern Arizona. Her philosophy on horror is that while monsters and gore can be fun and scary, truly horrifying stories come from events that invoke psychological horror. Paranormal evidence points to the possibility that there may exist a ghostly world all around us, just outside of our ability to see it. Whether it be a disembodied voice or the movement of a dark figure out of the corner of our eye, therein lies true terror: when the unseen forces around us break through the barriers, however briefly, and give us a good scare.
