Herbert Franklin Warren (1868-1948) grew up on the unsettled prairie of Central Nebraska and in 1893 purchased land in Adams County. There, he and his wife Cora Belle Kaylor Warren raised their nine children, while Herbert created the Warren Peony Gardens, a place of extraordinary beauty. This biography covers his birth through his death, and continues on with the legacy of the Warren Peony Garden through to 2020.
