About the Author

Jack Kammer started a public radio show called "In a Man's Shoes" in Baltimore in 1983. It didn't take long for him to realize that serious social issues were involved in stereotypes, biases and double standards against boys and men. He's been writing and talking about that ever since. From 2005 to 2008 he earned two Masters Degrees, one in Business, the other in Social Work, so he could be in a better position to work on these issues that he cares about so much.
