Once again, Naomi Whittel writes a delightful book that is both fun to read and incredibly informative. The content is tremendously helpful and life-giving, and every recipe is delicious. The first recipe I tried was a keto grilled sandwich - I felt sated and healthy, and even my husband loved it. Have since worked through six more recipes, each one more delicious than the next. (Plus I've finally learned how to poach salmon without over cooking it!) Thank you for bringing this book to the world!
