While the people described in this book cannot rightly be called "Baptists" I am including it in the Baptist Reprints series because it is an important look into the life and doctrine of Christians who never submitted to Rome. We Baptists are kindred spirits with these brothers and sisters who went before, though we have some differences on baptism and ecclesiology. May the study of their lives encourage us as we face our own time of trial and tribulation. For the glory of our God and no man.
