This book was an eye opener for me, and should be required reading for any person that works with individuals with disability. Cass Irvin forced me to view the world 'from a wheel chair' and certainly changed my beliefs concerning what access truly is. This book was an exceptional introduction to the disability rights movement as well as mind set of the general population concerning disability and disability rights. It certainly should be 'assigned' reading for anyone that works with and for individuals with disabilities.
