Joelle Parker graduated from the prestigious Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandizing, FIDM, in Los Angeles, but after designing her fill of sportswear, she’s inspired to apply her artistic skills and create a wonderfully romantic honeymoon hotel from her family’s majestic Victorian home in Mirasol, California.
