At present, generating electricity by nuclear power is an extremely competitive business. Despite this, many utilities generously support the exchange of information and personnel. - sort of like open source, only different. This book is an interesting read for outsiders and a good history review for insiders.

A three year old cat with complete lack fur and white at the tip of her tail, has burnt orange eyes with black and brown flecks (ltiger Lily flower). Small and swift. Very talkative and sly. Good to have as part of clan because she is very manipulative, and convincing. BACKGROUND: after the death of her village, LilyTail runs away but gets caught by an enemy clan. They try to drown her in a near by river and almost suceeded. She was rescued by a clump of Lilies near the river that she grabbed a hold of before she nearly drowned. She named herself LilyTail because of this and because white Lilies symbolize purity. Which she thinks is ironic because her character is not pure. OTHER INFO: Parents are unknown and she has no recollection. #Found by LeafThorn after wandering around alone. Consideers LeafThorn and Raptorclaws as friends.
