I enjoyed this story 1 of four with good plot and story lines which incorperate all the charaters throughout each book The worst thing about this is waiting for the next story.

Loved it. Carly Phillips knows how to give her readers humor, romance, sex and a little bit of drama too. Hot Property is refreshing to read, just enough description, without going overboard, to give the reader a good picture in their mind's eye. Amy and John were HOT together.

I think I breathed a sigh of relief once I finished this series. While I had no major problems with any of the books, reading them was a bit tedious instead of enjoyable. I felt the same way about Hot Property. I wasn’t excited to start the book and once I was done, I was happy to move on to a different book and author. After the Jordan sisters got their books, Hot Property followed John Roper, Micki’s best friend, and Amy Stone, Spencer Atkins’ niece. Roper is a baseball player who did not have a good season. Amy is newly moved from Florida and just started working for Hot Zone. After a disastrous meeting at Sophie’s wedding, Amy is dismayed to discover that Roper is her first client. Roper needs Amy to help him manage his crazy family and keep him focused on recovery for next season. Roper’s family got really annoying really fast. While I’m sure the point was to make Roper look like a good guy by caring for all of them, in reality, it just bothered me that he caved to their whims. What was more likable about this book was Amy. She was introduced in the previous book as a retirement home director where she spent most of her time keeping her mom and aunt out of trouble. While I’m not sure how social worker to retirement home director to publicist works (cough, nepotism, cough), Amy was a well-developed character. She dealt with the spotlight of her relationship with Roper in a professional manner. She also had past insecurities about wanting to keep control in comparison to her own family’s craziness. Roper and Amy clicked throughout the book and watching their relationship unfold was pleasant if not exciting. By the fourth book, I already knew that the hero and heroine would enter into a causal relationship at first, usually on a trip, and that’s exactly what happened in this book as well. Like I said earlier, tedious. While this series certainly wasn’t the best I’ve ever read, it also wasn’t the worst. It just didn’t intrigue me enough.

This is the 4th book in the Hot Zone series but it can be read stand alone. In this book we finally get to see who John Roper, center fielder for the New York Renegades, and Micki Jordan's best friend will end up with. In Hot Item we met Amy Stone. She is Spencer Atkins niece. Amy and John seemed to be hitting it off good at Sophie and Riley's wedding until John's date intruded. Amy deciding she needed a big change in her life decides to move to New York and be a PR agent for the Hot Zone. As Amy is settling in she is finally given her first client....John Roper! John is coming off of crappy World Series game where he was also injured but instead of concentrating on himself getting better, he is being pulled in many directions by his own family. After John is shocked to see Amy in New York, Amy explains to him that he needs to stop caving in to his family and start working on himself. At the same time John wants to work on Amy! ;) When John doesn't tell his family that he can't be in the middle of every issue they have, Amy takes drastic measures and kidnaps John away to Brandon Vaughn's lodge in upstate New York without letting his family know where they are. I loved how Amy got rid of John's phone...priceless! As the two of them are at the lodge, that's when the fireworks finally explode. Amy is used to being the good girl and has to work hard to curb her wild tendencies. John tends to go with the flow and just have fun. Together they balance each other out very well. I just adored the things John would do with Amy. These two really meshed well together. Add in both of their crazy families....Amy's mom was once arrested for indecent exposure along with her aunt, while John's mom is a famous actress who is past her prime but still acts like she isn't, his sister who is trying to plan a small wedding which her mom keeps trying to change and then his brother who would rather just get money from John instead of growing up and being an adult. Overall this was a fun story that had me laughing out loud at times along with swooning at others. Great characters and a great story!

Hot Property is another winner in the Hot Zone series. Since each of the Jordan sisters have each found their happily ever afters, it was time for another Hot Zone member to find happiness. We finally get John Roper's story and it was totally worth the wait. I loved that Spencer's niece Amy Stone came to work at Hot Zone. I loved meeting her in Hot Item and was happy we got to know more about her in Hot Property. The fact that Amy and Roper were thrown together from the moment Amy arrived at Hot Zone made my heart sing. I knew John Roper needed a strong woman in his life. Not only because he was a celebrity baseball player, but he needed someone to help him deal with is family. Amy has had years of practice dealing with difficult family members thanks to her mom and aunt, who tend to get into all sort of scrapes. They are one of the main reasons Amy wanted to move away to New York. I loved that while Amy could see how John needed to deal with his family, she was totally blind to dealing with her own family until John pointed it out to her. John and Amy had the absolute best chemistry. I seriously loved they actually were friends before they became lovers. I felt like it made their relationship stronger overall, not that there weren't some stumbling blocks on both sides. However when they were together, they pretty much burned up the sheets. I also loved they both had to learn to handle their families and fight to make their relationship work. Hot Property was a wonderful end to one of my favorite series ever from Carly Phillips. While I fully believe readers should read the entire series in order, I also feel strongly that with the Hot Zone series, each book reads well as a stand-alone story as well. Rating: 5 Stars (A+)

Oh I completely love the Hot Zone series. This cover is HOT too!!!! We have our favorite cousin's story...Amy! And Roper is just yummy and plain sexy. We met Amy in the previous book. She made a small appearance before, and now she is back to start a brand new life. She needs to rediscover herself and meets Roper at her cousin's wedding. I am rambling on and on because I loved this book. But I will stop there! I do not want to put in any spoilers in my review. Let's talk about the things I loved about the storyline. You continue with Yank and his girls. They already make me feel like I am part of the Hot Zone clan. I laughed in a few places. I fell for Roper and he has a piece of my heart. Amy is independent and sassy. She has her mom and aunt that are amazingly crazy. You will love this new family we get. Roper has a hard time saying no to his family, but Amy gives him the support he needs to finally put himself first. The amazing sexy scenes are out of this world! If you read any of Carly's books you know you have a winner in Hot Property! This book deserves 10 stars! Sometimes in a series, the last book is just an average story because you have to find an ending. Hot Property was written so that you get the end of a series with a sense of completion! You have to read this book, I know you will love it as much as I did!

Fun, wild, emotional and crazy romantic journey trying to balance career and family. This Last Hot Zone story does not disappoint, just as entertaining as the previous books. Loved it. Loved John Roper when he first appeared in Hot Number and was so happy he got his own story in the series so we got to know him better. Amy Stone was so sweet in her appearance in Hot Item and I am so glad she was the focus of this last story she is just awesome in so many ways and real. Her experience with her own unusual family is what makes her perfect for helping John with his. The Perfect ending to a wonderful series.

This is book four in the Hot Zone series and it features Amy Stone, new Hot Zone publicist and niece to Spencer Atkins and John Roper, baseball player. Uncle Yank is at it again! Trying to fix Amy's life just like he feels he's done for his nieces. There was so much going on in this story. Even though Amy and John's family situations were similar, I think Amy's was less severe. I don't blame her for taking an extremely long time to come to her senses. Sometimes love isn't always enough. Great series with AMAZING characters. Carly Phillips does it again!

The instant attraction dimmed a bit in this continuation of The Hot Zone series. Luckily they find their way back to each other later in the book and the excitement builds again. Fun characters with lots of family drama, work overload and funny antics of the cast around them keep us entertained and wanting more. Professional baseball player John Roper was at the peak of his career a few short months ago, and then he hit a slump … and it went from bad to worse. He’s trying to rebound in the off season to come back fighting hard when the season starts, but his family is driving him crazy. He can’t take care of his body’s needs to heal and train if he can’t get a minute to himself. Amy Stone has taken a job with her Uncle Spencer’s company and is now living in NY and working at The Hot Zone. She and John have a little chemistry explosion the second they lay eyes on each other and when they end up working together, they have to recommit to getting to know each other and forging a working relationship. Can she manage to wrangle his family for him and get him concentrating on himself and his comeback before it’s too late?

3.75 stars--HOT PROPERTY is the fourth (and final) installment in Carly Phillips contemporary, adult HOT ZONE romance series focusing on the Jordan sisters (Annabelle, Michelle and Sophie) and their Uncle Yank Morgan-owner of the sports agency/PR firm known as The Hot Zone. This is new sports publicist Amy Stone and all star center fielder John Roper’s story line. HOT PROPERTY can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty but I recommend reading the series in order . HOT PROPERTY advances the series several months. Amy Stone is Spencer Atkins ( Hot Zone/Athletes Only co-founder) niece; John Roper is Micki Jordan’s best friend. NOTE: The Hot Zone series has been re-edited and re-release with all new covers. SOME BACKGROUND: Yank Morgan considers himself an amateur matchmaker. Having wed off his three nieces to professional sports stars Yank sets his sights on his business partner’s niece-Amy Stone-and struggling center fielder John Roper. Told from several third person perspectives HOT PROPERTY is a bit of a diversion from the original series as the story line no longer focuses on the Jordan sisters but on extended family and friends. John Roper is a struggling professional baseball player whose personal and professional life are spiraling out of control. A disastrous playoff series and ongoing injuries find our hero struggling with a negative media and a stalker hell bent on destroying his life. Enter Amy Stone, Hot Zone’s newest publicist and the woman that calls to John Roper’s heart. Having met several months earlier at Sophie Jordan and Riley Nash’s wedding Amy and John had a bit of history-something that didn’t go unnoticed by Yank Morgan. Yank has a propensity to play cupid whenever possible, and John and Amy are his next targeted couple. Like all of the previous story lines in the series HOT PROPERTY follows several paths including John Roper’s battle with his extended family-his co-dependency with his mother, brother and sister, and his inability to say no where his family is concerned. Amy takes matters into her own hands and forces John to look at the bigger picture and the need to get healthy before baseball season starts. We are also up close and personal as Amy battles not only her feelings for a man whose lives his life in the glare of the media spotlight, but with a mother and aunt who have a propensity for getting into all sorts of trouble. The relationship between Amy and John is one of immediate attraction but Amy’s history with the news media finds our heroine struggling with her attraction to a man who is rarely out of the news. The back and forth, push and pull continues throughout the story until Amy pushes John away one last time. The $ex scenes are intimate and intense. HOT PROPERTY is an entertaining but predictable story of romance and family, betrayal and revenge, second chances and falling in love. The premise is enjoyable; the characters are colorful and spirited; the romance is spicy and hot. The HOT ZONE series is an imaginative look at family, love and the business side of professional sports management.

I enjoyed reading Hot Property, the fourth book in Carly Phillips’ Hot Zone series, once again. I liked how Spencer’s niece, Amy Stone enters the fold, joining the Hot Zone for a PR position. Amy has the challenge of reeling in John Roper who plays for the NY Renegades. John is a much more complicated person than he lets on to others. Instead of rehabbing his injury he focuses on helping to solve the problems of his family. As Amy attempts to keep him in line and focused on recovery, John would rather work on exploring their chemistry. I’m so glad that Ms. Phillips ended the series with John and Amy’s story since John has played a role in each of the previous Hot Zone books. I enjoyed this series when it first came out and enjoyed them again this time around. All four of the original books sit on my keeper shelf. This book is not the sexy story as are Phillips’ more recent books, but still has those loveable characters that you want to cheer on, hoping for their happy ending. The characters were well written and authentic. The story line was riveting and kept my attention to the very end. I genuinely enjoyed reading this book and had trouble putting this book down. I highly recommend this book to other readers. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Carly Phillips know how to write hot, sexy romance books and this will make you want to read more of her books! ! ! Hot Property is the fourth book in the Hot Zone series. This is about Amy Stone and John Roper and of course, the ever meddling Uncle Yank…and Spencer Atkins who have now joined forces with the agency umbrella called Athletics Only and the PR firm called The Hot Zone. Amy Stone is the newest publicist at the Hot Zone and the niece of Spencer Atkins. She moved to New York to get a new start and have a life of her own away from her mother and aunt in Florida. When she gets assigned to her first client it is John Roper, the man who hit on her at her cousin’s wedding (Riley and Sophie, book 3). Now she is overwhelmed at the attraction that come back when they meet again and she has to help with his PR, help him to recover from a serious baseball injury if he wants to play ball again and straighten out his family who drops every little thing in his lap…. John Roper, center fielder for the New York Renegades is recovering from a serious baseball injury and needs to concentrate on his rehab but…his family is pulling him in different directions so his time is spent putting out their fires and not doing what he needs in order to recover and get back to the one thing he loves the most…..baseball! Will Amy be able to get John away from his family long enough to do the rehab needed to play ball again, round up his family and show them they can do things on their own and not always depend on John and keep her feelings from overtaking and having this first job go down the drain???? Romance along with catching up with all the characters in the other Hot Zone books….what a way to end this series! ! !

Great sending to a great series This is the final book in the hot zone series and I love this book because John Rooper who is Micki's best friend finds his match with Amy Stone Spencer's niece. This couple is great together while you get to see them working together to try to fix Johns career and family life. Will the find love also. There is also some twists that make this story interesting and that you don't want to put the book down. This is another home run by Carly Phillips.

I was so happy to find out there was a fourth book in The Hot Zone series! I love this series so much and was not ready for it to end! I greatly enjoyed this addition and devoured it just like I did the previous three. Amy Stone wanted a new start. In order to achieve that, she moved to New York to start a new job with The Hot Zone sports management agency. She was thrilled with the new opportunity until she learned who her first client was - John Roper, center fielder for the New York Renegades - then she was simply overwhelmed. When Amy and John meet for the first time, to say that Amy was not impressed with his character is an understatement. It doesn't take long after that first meeting for Amy to realize how far off base she actually was. Roper is a person who looks out for everyone around him, many times neglecting himself and his needs in the process. While trying to recover from a serious injury, Roper is being pulled in several different directions by his team, his family and his rehab. In order to recover the way he needs to, it takes the take charge Amy to make the decision for him and whisk him away to work on himself and his rehab - without telling anyone where they are going. Will spending hours on end alone push these two together? Or will the stress that Roper is under and Amy's dislike of having any notoriety derail any romance before it has a chance to start? This was another fantastic offering by Carly Phillips and I can't wait to get my hands on upcoming novels that she writes for us!

Hot Property pulled out all the stops. Crazy family, hormone overload, danger and the struggle to save a career. So much was going on, I felt like I was watching a soap opera. Working at Hot Zone, Amy has a lot to live up to. So John and his band of chaos proves an uphill battle. The price is high but she's up for the challenge. Until she loses her heart along the way. It's easy to get lost in the organized chaos that is Hot Property.

I've enjoyed this series but this was my least favorite. I liked the main characters Amy and John. However, John's family really annoyed me. His mother, sister and brother all want his time and money and John constantly gave in. I didn't care for his mother's point of view. Her need to bother her son about every little thing became far too annoying. I stopped reading her parts and just skipped over them. I was hesitant to purchase this book because of John's family hassles and wish I hadn't made the purchase. I will purchase more from Carly Phillips in the future.  I have enjoyed all of the books I've read by her with this one being the exception.

## I thought this book was OK. Not great. I think it was my least favorite of this series. Although i liked the hero john, i found he was pushed around by his family too easily. Someone who has the guts and strength to be a pro baller, should be able to say no once in a while. It just was frustrating. So-so
