I bought this book at a garage sale for a quarter. I'm a career car salesman (twenty years) and I remember going to see Girard years ago. He was a great speaker. His information is useful and this book is a must for anyone new to sales. But if you have been in sales for five plus years, you probably already know what he's written here. Good? Yes. Great? No. For a quarter? All day long.
