About the Author

Harmesh has first-hand knowledge of just how hard it is to lose that stubborn weight. Up to his mid-teens he was underweight but in the last 30 odd years he had continuously been putting on weight. He had tried all the diets, any number of belly fat plans he could find, joined various gyms, read countless belly fat diet book products, and tried all the 'magic potions' and 'miracle solutions' for losing belly fat.

He understands the pain, frustration and struggle that one encounters from the cycle of losing a bit of weight only to pile it back on and getting depressed and ending up stress eating. Making things worse because now he had that little bit of 'extra' weight.

After trying practically hundreds of approaches, life was starting to get difficult even in the smallest and simplest things. To his embarrassment, even just getting clothes to fit couldn't be done from any normal shop. It's not a good feeling when you are forced to choose between what fits as opposed to the latest fashions. Simple things like just being able to sit or lie down had become embarrassing, knowing chairs had to be strong enough before he'd even think of sitting down on them. He literally flinched many times, recalling times when he fell down the seat.

More worryingly than all of this had become the deterioration in his health, it felt like he had grown old too soon. Aches and pains became the everyday norm and just doing simple things as going up stairs or walking to the garden had become very problematic.
While always saying he was going to lose weight secretly, deep inside Harmesh felt there was no hope.

Nothing was working.

He felt like giving up on it all.

Reality crushed him like a pound of solid rocks when several events happened one after the other:

He visited India and struggled just to fit into the airplane seat.

As if that wasn't enough, insult was added to injury when the food tray wouldn't go down any further because of his belly fat being in the way.

During a trip to the Taj Mahal he was initially incredibly excited when complete strangers kept coming up to him asking for his photograph with them. He honestly thought he had been mistaken for some sort of celebrity who had come to visit the Taj Mahal that day. This, sadly, was far from actual reality. After having had many pictures taken of him with complete strangers, one person actually came up to him and had asked bluntly how he had got so fat.

That series of blows stuck to his mind, and it would haunt his nightmares for many days, and when he didn't have nightmares it was because it was keeping him awake, struggling to sleep.

It was like there was a tiny voice in his head, asking again and again, repeating in his mind and driving him crazy: "How did you allow yourself to get so fat?"

All those people looking at him, taking pictures of him, and asking, HOW DID YOU ALLOW YOURSELF TO GET SO FAT?

With that single sentence bore the burden, the frustrations, the pain, the embarrassment, the agony, the shame... All the moments of being looked down upon, belittled, and that feeling of secretly being disrespected and even judged by others.

This was his turning point.

It has since become his mission to find a belly fat cure that not just gets rid of unsightly belly fat but is able to get rid of all the excess weight around the body and regain full health and fitness.

Knowing the true pain of having been in this terrible situation, Harmesh wants to help as many people to achieve what he has, not only getting slimmer but also fitter and healthier and learning from his mistakes. He wants to help people achieve their results in the fastest, easiest and most convenient way.

As everyone is different and we all have our own goals, it was unrealistic to have one belly fat book that would address all these important goals.

So a series of different books are being prepared to specifically address with laser sharp focus on the particular concerns of each individual for losing weight and living a healthy fit lifestyle.
