READY FOR A HOT & SPICY ROMANCE?
Are you sick of believing all the good men are either married or gay? Then it’s time to catch the fever—for intercultural dating, that is. The fact is, soulmates come in every color—and I Got the Fever can help you find yours. Injected with pants-wetting anecdotes, eyebrow-raising commentary, and plenty of juicy details, I Got the Fever offers a practical course of treatment for dating within five unique cultures: Latino, Asian, Black, Indian, and Jewish. Plus, author J.C. Davies delivers the low down on every question you ever had about dating men of other races but were too PC to ask:
• Do Asian men like their women submissive?
• Are Jewish men really cheap?
• Are all Indian men well versed in the Kama Sutra?
• Do Latin lovers live up to their reputation?
• Do Black men actually have big, er, uh, equipment?
Whether you’re already in an interracial relationship, contemplating one or just want to be entertained by JC’s conversational style and hilarious anecdotes, I Got the Fever is the perfect prescription for dating in a new and diverse world.

I gave it a one star only b/ they don't have a lower rating option. Admittedly, I didn't (couldn't) read the whole book mainly b/c I'm not a masochist. The author's attempt to make subject matter out of the topic is as trying as the humor. Save your time and money. On a lighter note, it does make a great coaster.
I think the book is targeted toward women but guys should read it as well as they may want to know what women expect of them. It is written in sections for Blacks, Latinos, Jewish, Asians & Indians with stories from people the author interviewed plus some tips at the end of each section. As a New Yorker, I see and meet people of all cultures everyday so even if not for dating, the book has given me insight on different cultures and customs. It's fun to discuss the information with friends of different cultures and see what they think. So when is the movie coming out??
