A delightful tour through a Catholic church from the perspective of a little boy in awe of all there is to see and love at Mass, I Went to Mass takes a story approach to learning the parts of a church and things a little child encounters at Mass. The sing-song, rhyming nature of the book will make it “stick” in the child’s memory and make the book easy to recite by heart. Kids will be repeating the words of the book as they see these things (holy water font, the altar, the priest, statues, etc.) at their own parish church! I Went to Mass provides great cateches with adorable illustrations. The perfect gift for any occasion!
