Ib Haiv Neeg Ib Tug Ntawv: One People One Writing System

This is a revised version of the Hmong Latin script. It provides updates to Hmong consonants, vowels, grammar, and syntax, while addressing punctuation and multisyllabic structures. Additionally, it explores the evolution of the Hmong language and proposes a unified dialect for Hmong communities across Southeast Asia and mainland China.
