If I Only Knew was MARVELOUS. It was ALLLL the things. It was a story about healing, friendship, family, and finding love (again). Milo has become my new favorite man Corinne has graciously given us. He constantly had me SWOONING with that accent of his. I seriously didn't expect to love him as much as I did. I loved seeing him grow up and be there for Danielle whether she needed him to be or not. The best thing about not only this book, but the other standalones surrounding this group of friends, was the incredible FRIENDSHIP between all of them. They constantly had me in tears from either laughing or crying.  Another smashing success from Corinne Michaels!!!

I just finished reading this book for the 2nd time. Yup.....the 2nd time. I don't really do re reads because I have so many books to get my hands on BUT I couldn't NOT re read this book . This is how deeply I loved Danielle and Milo's story. Danielle with so much rebuilding to do because of the tragedy in her life and Milo the man who wants love and acceptance so bad but doesn't even know it completely captivated me. Danielle's strength and Milo's ability to love....deeply....had me fall in love with these two complex characters. I fell in love so hard that I completely forgot about Liam (aka Dreamboat) for a few hours. That doesn't happen. Nobody forgets about Liam......until you meet Milo. If you haven't read this book yet stop what your doing and get it. I guarantee you won't move until it's done.

5 stars hardly seems like enough! I am so in love with this book! And with Milo & Danielle! Corinne Michaels gives us another incredible story complete with totally lovable characters. Since the death of her husband, Danielle has definitely not been looking for love and never thought she would find it again. Milo Huxley comes to America to get his rightful position back at the company he and his brother Callum have built together and that is it. He certainly did not see the strong and beautiful Danielle coming. This charming sexy man has met his match! Danielle’s wonderful, wacky group of friends, Heather, Nicole and Kristen really make me want to hang out with them. They totally have each others’ backs and their men are all amazing too. They are all so supportive of each other and it’s just awesome! Danielle’s children both add so much goodness to this story. Parker is adorable and I love the way Danielle and Ava’s relationship changes throughout the book. Milo’s relationship with each of them made me fall more in love with him. Milo and Danielle are magic together! He turns out to be such a wonderfully sweet surprise on top of all that hotness. The changes Milo goes through as he falls deeper and deeper in love with Danielle is so swoonworthy and heartwarming. Things were not always easy by any means and there are definitely forces working against them but they are able to overcome all to be together. This was such a fun, sexy and emotional ride that I never wanted to get off! Such an amazing & incredibly fulfilling happily ever!!!

‘If I Only Knew,' is a super sweet and lovely story with a heart-warming enemy-to-lovers romance at its core. A tragedy in the heroine’s life is the catalyst of the story. It showed her strength of character, her resilience and made me feel invested in her thoughts and feelings. The scene is then perfectly set for the enemy-to-lovers aspect of the storytelling to shine bright with the arrogant and very, very sexy Milo Huxley. I very much enjoyed the way the story and plot develops within this standalone, easy to read romance. I have to add that the last 20 ish% was particularly wonderful and the bonus epilogue, a real treat. Advance copy provided / reviewed voluntarily

This was a perfect wrap up to this series following the four best of friends. Before I even get to Milo and Danielle, I have to first point out what makes these women's friendship so special. They are all there for each other through anything. "No one in this tribe walks alone." But not only that they are all different things to each other. They all have their own roles and without one of them there would be a huge hole that would leave the entire group changed forever. I loved how Corinne wasn't afraid to make Ava a straight up brat. Ava just lost her father who was the most important person in the world to her and she's trying in her own teenage hormonal way to cope, and there isn't anything about that that would be pretty and Corinne writes Ava's attitude perfectly and unapologetically. Now as for Milo and Danielle, I love their dynamic and how they met. It wasn't insta-love, it was insta-real. How would you act if you just landed a dream job after the toughest year and a half of your life and now you have to fight some punk lost wayward brother of your boss. Yeah no thank you. I only rated this as 4 stars because it was surprisingly an easy read. It wasn't wrought with the angst and the punching plot lines I've come to expect from Corinne. However it was a lovely book and the characters growth and arc changes were a pleasure to read. Milo and Danielle was the perfect ending to a wonderful series about love, hope and keeping your tribe close.

If I Only Knew was a very good conclusion to this series about 4 friends who each get a second chance at love. I thoroughly enjoyed it. If I Only Knew focuses on Danielle Bergen and Milo Huxley. When we first met Danielle in the very first book of the series, she was the one who settled, married with children, and happy, but then tragedy struck and turned her life upside down. In walks Milo, the not so dependable brother of Callum Huxley, the husband of Nicole Dupree, whose story is told in Not Until You, who not only turns Danielle's world upside in a good way, but also her childrens'. Milo was just the man that was needed at just the right time in the Bergen household. Milo and Danielle were perfect together. Their relationship may not have started off in the traditional sense, since Danielle had something Milo wanted and refused to give up...thanks to his brother. Let me just add, I love Callum!! I loved taking this journey with Milo and Danielle, and watching them fall in love with each other without even realizing they were falling. The sacrifices that each one of them was willing to make for their love really touched my heart. Yes, all of the characters that we have fallen in love with are back for one more go around, offering their love, support, and nosiness ,in If I Only Knew. I absolutely loved Parker, Danielle's little son. What a great kid. I thought Ava, Danielle's daughter, was a great character and brought a lot depth to the story. However, I will admit to wanting a little more fleshing out of the relationship between the brothers, Callum and Milo. Maybe we can get a novella on that??!!! ;) And I'm sorry to say this, because I love Nicole, but she did upset me somewhat in this one later on, but then she redeemed herself. So, yes, I highly recommend reading If I Only Knew. Heck, I recommend you read the entire series, so that you can get to fall in love with this great group of friends and the wonderful men that they fall in love with. I honestly cannot wait to see what Corinne Michaels has in store for us readers next.

I am so jealous of Corinne and her talent. She can write and make you feel so much emotion. She is one of my authors that I just one click. She has never ever disappointed me. I have fallen in love with everything she has written. This story pulls you in and you fall in love with all the characters. It is not true Corinne if she does not make me shed a few tears and I did. Danielle and Milo’s story is a must read. I loved the story from start to finish. Milo is every woman’s dream. Danielle is strong and courageous. Danielle’s children are great. Ava is out spoken and fun and Parker is so sweet. If you have not put this on your to be read list you need to. Another great book from a wonderful author. I love your books Corinne please never stop giving us stories to read.

As with every Corinne Michaels book, this one will take you on a roller coaster of emotion. As much as I hate to see this tribe's stories end, it couldn't have ended on a better note. Well done, Mrs. Michaels!!

I could go on and on about the crappy hand that Danielle was dealt and how strong she was, but if you're familiar with the series, you already know that. This books picks up months after "Not Until You". Danielle's career is going well and about to get even better, until Milo shows up. He's back ad ready to take his place in the family business (again), but finds that Danielle is in his place. Callum thinks he has the answer and makes him Danielle's assistant. Initially Milo is upset, but he quickly realizes that he is in for a fight. Danielle is not about to lose everything she's worked for. I freaking loved Danielle and Milo together. Once he got over himself and saw her as more than just "the woman who had his job", Milo fell and fell hard. Milo was actually an extremely sweet guy who wasn't as bad as he seemed. Throughout the book Danielle goes through some really emotional stuff and Milo is there for her. Much to the surprise of everyone, even Milo, he becomes her rock. Their working relationship turns into a personal one and that gives us such a fantastic story. I was not prepared for the wonderfulness that is Milo Huxley.I honestly didn't think Corinne could top Callum in the sexy Brit category, but she did it. If you're a Corinne fan, this is definitely a 1-click.

Corinne Michaels is one of my auto-buy authors. I will read anything and everything she publishes. I absolutely love the books she writes and none have been below a 4-star rating! Some became favorites for me! I definitely think If I Only Knew is now one of those favorite books. It's been so long since I read We Own Tonight and One Last Time (connected to If I Only Knew as well as previous, Not Until You), that it's hard to say which is my favorite... But I can say without a doubt, that this is definitely a favorite. I wasn't sure if I was going to like it honestly. We met Milo in his brother's story, Not Until You and I'll be honest and say I wasn't really crazy about him. But of course, it's hard to judge a character when we don't have their side of the story. And let me tell you, once I got his side of the story and really got to see his character develop, I fell for him! I absolutely loved Milo! Danielle has always been an interesting character for me since the beginning. I just had this feeling that her relationship with her late husband wasn't going to last. It just didn't seem to be a lasting relationship. Danielle is trying to pick up the pieces and trying to move on with life with her 2 kids. Hands down, I highly recommend you read this book! However, I recommend reading in order because you will see the previous characters and it might spoil their story for you. 1: We Own Tonight 2: One Last Time 3: Not Until You 4: If I Only Knew

Loss, pain, desire, need and finally love… Danielle and Milo… “I want to remember what it feels like to be kissed, wanted, touched and I want it to be him that shows me.” “Kiss me like you want me…unless you’re too afraid.” If I Only Knew is a great book, you know what, great isn’t even a strong enough word to describe this book! It has so many emotions within its pages. I loved Danielle and Milo and don’t forget Danielle’s kids Ava and Parker. I didn’t think that it was possible for the final book in this series to have so many emotions. Also the sexy British Hero Milo Huxley’s smart mouth and lust filled emotion will make your heart beat faster with each page you turn. Danielle and her kids are working through an unimaginable loss. Insert a new way of life, job, family dynamic and Milo. Throughout the book you are pulled in every direction. In the beginning of the book Danielle feels like she is barely holding herself and her family together. Her friends are unable to break through to Danielle and her kids. However, Milo Huxley works his way in and breaks down her walls. The emotions in this book will grab you and make you not want to put the book down. This amazing book is part of a series and defiantly can be read alone without any spoilers for the other three books. But trust me when you finish this one you will immediately move on to the other three because you will be hooked.

This is the 4th in the series. Where it can be read as a stand-alone, I would recommend reading the other books in the series. It will help with the characters and their interactions. Danielle had her life turned upside down. She has a great support system and wasn’t looking for anything. Milo is a spoiled guy who happens to be British and swoony. He can to take back what he thought was his. The banter between these two is great. They start off fighting and then they find some common ground and next thing you know they are friends. It’s definitely a must read!

Oh my heart!! I must say Corinne knows how to pull on those heart strings. I never listened to an audiobook until If I Only Knew was released on Audible 1st.. I was amazed!! So of course I had to read the book as well!! Between Milo & Danielle and of course her crazy bunch of friends.. The story was so good with all the feels that listening to it than reading it..WOW!! Corinne just amazes me with that creative mind of hers. The story is just so real!! Everyone of her characters ( I hate calling them that because they always feel so real to me.. real people.. like run into them in public real..lol) Everyone of her characters just make this story as well as her other books more intriguing. After finishing Nicole's story in the previous book (One Last Time), and all the trouble Callum dealt with when it came to his brother Milo.. I wondered how much of a player he was going to be.. Surprise surprise.. That man played on all emotions.. Danielle really has no chance! The chemistry.. the banter, that British accent.. With everything that Danielle had to deal with after her life changed in the blink of an eye.. All I can say is this book is a must read.. must listen... it's that story that will stay with you for life!

I finished this book with tears in my eyes and a very full heart. It's the little things in Corinne's books that touch me so deeply. If I Only Knew, was incredibly breathtaking and absolutely delightful. And Add Milo to the top of your fave Hero Lists, because he's most definitely going to rock your world!!

Oh Milo!! Let me just start off saying Corinne Michaels can write some swoon worthy men! But she can also write some gut wrenching scenes. Normally, I am not one for British terms of endearments, but Milo has me swooning. Best Way I can describe Milo would be misunderstood. Danielle is doing the best she can given the circumstances (I do not want to give any spoilers). Love how Dani is learning to love someone again. I loved the sense of humor between this tribe of women. I was so happy to see Nicole again (I absolutely love her) and the interactions with Danielle's daughter are freaking hilarious. I totally give this book 5 starts and put it on my "must be reread list".

Well, I’m sad to see the journey of these 4 friends end, but this was the most perfect ending ever. Milo and Danielle’s story was beautiful and emotional, and it was definitely my favorite. I’ll be the first to admit that I didn’t ever think that I’d love another Corrine story as much as Say You’ll Stay. I’ve had that book on a pedestal for a few years now, however I’ve happily moved it over so that If I Only Knew can sit pretty right beside it. I think what I love the best about this story is that it perfectly captures the highs and lows of life and love. Danielle is mourning her past and the life she had, while trying to rediscover her happiness and remember all of the things that she wanted out of life. Milo has had a hard time trying to figure out his role with his company and trying to prove himself to pretty much everyone in his life. I loved the connection they formed, I wouldn’t necessarily call this an enemies to lovers but more so a mild irritation to lovers. It was fun to read how the relationship progress and both of them to work through fears and hesitations. As with the 3 books before this, there was a lot of lol moments in this story that helped me through the angsty parts. The friendship in this series was absolutely heartwarming. These ladies are there for each other through everything providing a shoulder to cry on, or snark when it’s needed. This truly was a fantastic ending to the journey.

This was the most amazing beautiful story! There was sadness at first but I thought Danni got through it very well and with friends like hers by her side who wouldn’t want the life she has??!! Especially when she meets Milo!! Oh boy do things get interesting indeed! There was flirting, steamy tension and quite a few laughs to be had! I loved the support Danni has! I loved everything about this entertaining story that I felt like my heart was going to explode! This is a definite must read! The author has done an amazing job writing this story!

Corinne outdid herself in the last of this standalone series. We got to know Danielle throughout the first three books and the last time we saw her, she was dealing with an unspeakable tragedy. She finds herself navigating a world without her husband and raising two children. Some of the greatest moments in the book are the ones between Danielle and her teenage daughter, Ava. And the romance? Swoon! Milo might be the best book boyfriend Corinne has ever written. He’s arrogant, snarky and charming and you’ll find yourself falling for him just as fast as Danielle. I absolutely devoured this story and hated to see it come to an end! 1 like

This story is beautiful!! I wasn't sure Milo could be redeemed, but leave it to Corinne. He's a special man, er, character. Gorgeous of course. Funny. Sweet. Sexy. Sense of Humor, Loves his Mother..... Loved him. Danielle is strong, funny, and grieving when they meet. Neither expects the other's attention, but the sparks fly while they work together. There's a glimpse of the other characters we met in other books by the author, always good to catch up with them. The kids are also enjoyable characters. I'm hoping Ava gets her own book someday!! The best part of any book by Corinne is the writing. She always grabs you by the throat and doesn't let go until the end of the book. Her books are always can't-put-downable......

I loved this book so much!!! While the begin starts off on a sad note it quickly becomes such a fun, playful, and sexy read!!! I absolutely loved Danielle and how strong she is and her take no nonsense attitude. Milo is charming, funny, sweet and sexy.

Do you want a book that's going to put a smile on your face and leave you content? Do you want a story that is emotionally charged, full of romance and heat? A story that's about strong family bonds, and friendships that go above all the rest? Yes?! Well this book (and in fact this whole series of standalones) is the one you NEED in your life! We have come to the final book in the series, and personally I think Corinne saved the BEST UNTIL LAST!!! Dannielle and Milo's story is simply wonderful. Danielle is at a point in her life where she wants to move on with her career and her life in general. She's been concentrating on her children who are growing up, but still need her, yet she needs to support them following the death of her husband. When she is offered the absolute perfect job within the firm she works for, she cannot possibly refuse. Milo Huxley...! We know a little about him if you have read the previous books, and know that he is not the most reliable of guys. Younger brother of Callum, all of a sudden he appears and wants to claim the job he believes is rightfully his. Only trouble is, Callum has already given it to Danielle. The tension between these two was strong, but before long that tension and hate soon turns to a lot more as their physical connection becomes a lot stronger as the characters get to know each other more and more. With Milo dealing with a lot of emotional stuff and learning to find his place in the world, plus with Dannielle still ensuring she has to keep her children as her top priority, their journey was full of angst. I absolutely fell IN LOVE with Milo! He was simply amazing... his relation ship with Dannielle's children was swoon-worthy. I enjoyed how his relationship with his brother slowly developed too. With Dannielle and Milo both fighting for their rightful places within the company, who will come out on top? And is someone going to get left behind after all is done? Emotional yet with a superb thread of humour throughout, the writing is perfect. This is an absolute must-read story from one of my favourite authors!!

This book is fabulous. We get a strong, feisty heroine and a sexy, swoony Brit. This book has it all, angst, steam, humor and a beautiful romance. We've gotten to know Danielle a bit in the previous books in this series, but now is her time to shine. She's just suffered a horrible tragedy and is doing her best to hold herself and her family together. She's recently gotten a promotion at work and is thrown for a loop when she gets an unexpected assistant. The Milo we briefly met in Not Until You is not very appealing. He's kind of a flake. But not all is as it seems. At the beginning of this book, he does seem to be a grade A jerk, but we get some backstory on him and realize why he is the way he is. As the story progresses though, he totally redeems himself. My Lord. He. Is. Amazing. Their journey from hate to love is chock-full of laughs and tears and heartache and hope. It's a delicious slow burn. But man, when that fire catches... *fans self* The chemistry between them is off the charts. Despite being around the same age, they are pretty much at two different points in their lives, but they fit together like two puzzle pieces. They are perfect for each other. This group of girls that Corinne has written is #squadgoals! I love them all for different reasons. And this book is the perfect ending to a brilliant series. This is a must read series.
