About the Author

Roger Dusing is a 30-year Human Resources executive who has been on both sides of mergers, acquisitions and reductions-in-force. Working in a wide variety of industries, including higher education, manufacturing, financial services, retail and publishing, he has become an experienced manager, leader, executive coach, and consultant. He has first-hand experience finding jobs and helping others find theirs.
Roger earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Bradley University, a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University, and is currently pursuing a. Ph.D. in Business from Northcentral University. He has held the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification since 1991.
He is a currently a practicing Human Resources Executive and lives in Liberty, Missouri.
