I’m currently running on like zero sleep because of this book so bear with me. I’m trying to make this review as less “rambly” as possible, but that’s always pretty difficult to do with your favorite books. I just want to start with saying that this was like nothing I was expecting, but I was never disappointed. This was everything I could want in a KB book. • A realistic romantic relationship • Strong family bonds • Amazing female friendships • A lovable and adorable hero • A sweet and strong heroine • Laugh out loud banter Like all of KB’s books it’s the characters that really make this book exceptional. The main ones and the supporting ones alike. Krista and Becca always manage to write such complex, diverse, and relatable characters! Infini is told in two-POVs: Luka & Bayle. Luka was first introduced in Amour Amour, he’s a 20-year-old Russian-American, and too pure for this world. We first meet Baylee in Infini, she’s a 19-year-old Jamaican-American, and all around sweetheart. I wish I could talk about the romance more, but I feel like everything is a spoiler so I won’t. If you’re a fan of friends-to-lovers, you’ll love this! Luka and Baylee’s relationship was filled with honesty and open communication and love, there was never any unnecessary drama. (Though this was a lot more angsty than Amour Amour!) They were too adorable. The entire Kotova family was amazing to read about. I also loved learning more about Dimitri. Timo, Katya, and Nik were a huge part of the plot, and I loved seeing Luka’s relationship with each one of them plus their own individual lives. (Timo & Luka scenes literally made me tear up.) Female friendships were also very prominent in Infini. There was this certain scene where all the girls are gathered together, and it was honestly one of my favorite scenes of the book. So yeah, if you liked Amour Amour, you definitely need to read this. Or if you’ve never read a book by Krista & Becca this one (or Amour Amour) could be a great first book, as it can be read as a standalone. P.S. I am so ready for future books in this world.

We are finally back in the Aerial Ethereal world and oh how I missed it! Not only this book brings us more lovable characters but it also brings us a look into the workings of Aerial Ethereal revamp show Infini and I always have so much reading about the circus life and “googleing” the acts when I read about them on the books. The story between Luka and Baylee started when they were younger and were involved in something that was a no no no in the AE Company and that affects them greatly at the time and it continues to affect them now in the present world when they are thrown together one more time when they are both picked to work in Infini. The love story was so heartwarming because you could really tell how much they loved each other but I do have to say that I was super worried the entire time, not just for them but for other people as well and you’ll only get that reference if you read the book because I refuse to spoil it for anyone. I did however had a little problem with the book and it was the fact that some pretty heavy issues weren’t addressed more, like they were there, we knew they were there and they weren’t talked about like I would have liked but at the end we do get a glimpse of how these problems were dealt with so that’s good. It was also fun to reunite with the characters we met in Amour and see what they were up to and that also left me wanting more books from other characters like Katya, Timo and Dimitri.

This book was everything! Krista & Becca can do no wrong! I loved Luka so much and his connection with Baylee was the best. The way they make each out smile had me swooning every time! I love that they are invisible to everyone but each other. They are the definition of soulmates. I loved that they fought for each other in the end. When Luka was going to leave but then turned to Nik for help just touched me so much. There were so many emotional aspects in this book and covered some very serious topics. This book made me laugh and cry so many times. The thing I liked most about this book is the family aspect. I loved that Luka, Timo and Katya are starting to realize how much Nik has sacrificed and done for them. They really showed their love for Nik in this book which i loved. I loved learning about Sergi. I never thought about how Luka, Timo and Katya felt about their two older brothers never being around for them. I loved seeing that dynamic and i liked that Sergi really had to earn his way back into his siblings lives. I loved seeing Nik being carefree with his older brother. Nik and Thora had me crying at one point in the story!! but my babies came back and brought smiles to my face. I also loved all the siblings and cousins. I can't wait to read more about Katya and Timo!! Katya is getting older and I loved her parts in the book and her renewed friendship with Baylee. I love Timo and John as well. Their banter is everything!! I also love Dimitri so much!! I feel like there is so much to him that we haven't discovered. I honestly hope they all get books. I even what Baylee's brother to get a book lol. I feel like i'm about to retell the whole story so i'll stop now lol but overall, i loved this book and this series. I can't wait to read more.

I've been anxiously awaiting the return of the characters from Aerial Ethereal since reading Amour Amour last year. I couldn't wait to delve back into this world and back into the folds of the always engaging Kotova family. We learned very little of Luka Kotova back in Amour Amour, but he still intrigued me. From AA, we know that Luka steals things...and randomly odd things. In Infini, we learn a bit of the reasoning behind his motives. Luka, quite literally, has the biggest heart of any character I've ever read about. He cares and loves deeply, especially when it comes to Timofei and Katya. We also learn that Luka has been hiding a secret from most of his family for several years, and we see the havoc that secret has caused not only him, but Baylee.....the other half of his heart and soul. While I won't get into details because I don't want to give any spoilers, let me just say that Luka Kotova is an amazing character. He selfless, always looking for ways to makes things easier for his family and anyone who he cares about. Baylee....she's just as selfless as Luka, and she's also not had an easy road. She has her own issues that she must battle in this book and figure out which battles are worth fighting and which are best let go. She picks her battles wisely. She also loves deeply, especially when it comes to her older brother, another new-to-us character in the AE world. While Luka & Baylee captured my attention, the person I was most surprised by was Dimitri. In AA, we didn't get to know him all that well, and the bits we did see made me wonder about him. In this book, I'm astonished by his depth of character and his deep-seated love for his extended family. I really, really, really hope that Krista & Becca have a story in store for Dimitri, because I think he would blow our socks off! This book was definitely an emotional roller coaster with all the dips, valleys, loops and peaks. I wanted to scream in hope, joy, frustration and sadness. There was one character in particular who I absolutely despised. I've never wanted to jump into a book to pummel an individual so much! That being said, the way the performers bonded together at a critical point was nothing short of beautiful. Circus is family .....it's not just a saying; it's the Kotova way of life and it's an extraordinary thing to behold.

Amazing, heart-wrenching read. 10,000 stars! I'm a HUGE fan of the Addicted Series by Krista & Becca Ritchie. I fell in love with all of the characters from that series so hard that I missed them once I was done reading the last book. This series is very different from that one, as it is about members of the circus, but it is no less captivating. Krista and Becca are so skilled at character development. I fall in love with not only the main characters, but also all of the side characters. They create a fictional family with ties so strong, it makes me wish they were my family. I want to dive into the book and be a part of their world. Infini is the second book of the series, but it can be read as a standalone. It CAN, but I'm not sure why would would want to miss Amour Amour - so my advice is to start there. What I love about this book: ~Dual POV. We get BOTH Luka and Baylee's POV and this makes it 10000 times more enjoyable to me. I loved being in Luka's head just as much as I loved being in Baylee's head, maybe even more. ~ Forbidden aspect. Holy cow. This ups the ante for me. Made my heart race, my eyes bulge out of my head and my stomach drop. I could not stop turning the pages. ~ ANGST. The twins turn on the angst in this book, but trust me, it is a good kind. ~ Writing. I have no idea how two humans can write a book so seamlessly, but they do it every time. The writing sucks me in and I forget that I'm reading. I'm just living in the story. ~ Trigger warnings. There are trigger warnings in the beginning of the book and I made some assumptions. But I was wrong. There were some JAW dropping moments here. They bring up some tough subjects and I love it when authors do this. They make me uncomfortable and challenge my normal way of thinking. But they also touch my heart and soul while doing so. ~Luka. Luka absolutely stole my heart. I fell so hard for this character. His anguish, his love for his siblings, his torment, his passion. Unf. I love Luka Katova - probably more than Nik and that's saying something. ~Characters you love to hate. I want Geoffrey to die. Seriously - I never realized how blood thirsty I could be. But man, I'd love to kick this guy repeatedly in his fun parts. ~ Katova's. I LOVE ALL OF THE KATOVA's!!!!! I NEED a book for Timo and John (NEED). And Katya. And Sergei. Maybe even Peter. PLEASE GIVE US MORE Katova's!!!!! Bottom line: This book gave me all of the feels. I know I'm not doing it any justice with my review. But this book was freaking amazing. I highly recommend it to everyone. Circus is family. ONE CLICK NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
