Investigations Along Monnow Street, Monmouth

A report on the excavation of three sites on Minnow Street, Monmouth, during the 1980s and 1990s. Two of the sites contained features and finds indicative of Roman ironworking and agriculture during the 4th and 5th century and defensive features which may have been associated with a nearby earlier military building.
