About the Author

Shelagh Moore is a trainer in Education and also a QCDA Associate Consultant. She works in schools as an advisor and trainer in curriculum and management. As a teacher she has had experience in Primary, Secondary and FE sectors. She is also involved in international projects in France and Norway and Values Education.
Kate Wright is now a freelance writer who gained her experience as a primary School teacher in Birmingham and Hampshire. She has taught in a variety of schools in the primary and FE sectors and has honed her experience of teaching children to read and enjoy the text they encounter.
