About the Author

JAMES B. ADAMSON is Senior Pastor of the first Presbyterian Church in Santa Rosa, California. Edu­cated at Edinburgh University and New College, Adamson did his postgraduate work at Cambridge University, where he was awarded the Ph.D. for his dissertation on the Epistle of James.
