I really enjoyed Niall and Fia story! Niall is participating in a raid and kidnaps Fia to save her. She doesn't know that he isn't really a member of the raiding party but just participating to find out some information. This of course causes issues as Fia can't believe that she is falling for someone that could be so bad. But when they are alone, he acts like a different person. Their stations in life are miles apart, can these two work out their differences to get their HEA? I really enjoyed this installment in the Highland Feuding series and am excited to see what Brisbin comes up with next!
This is the third book in Terri Brisbin's newest series and I enjoyed it very much, as I did the first 2. The heroine, Fia, is a lady maid to Arabella, Brodies wife (Stolen by the Highlander). Fia hopes for a man who will love her as Brodie does Arabella. While in the village, Fia meets Iain, leader of an outlaw gang who kidnaps her to protect her from his gang. Fia sees a different side to Iain when they are alone. She falls in love with him, knowing something is not right with the outlaw he claims to be. Iain, real name Niall, is working for the king to find out who is behind the attacks on the Mackintosh's holdings. He hopes to regain his family's holdings which were taken from them in the past. When they reach Edinburgh, he sends her to the Mackintosh house as he is busy trying to find the person behind the outlaw's attacks. Fia learns who the villain is and sends him the information. She returns home thinking she will never see him again. However, this is a romance and there has to be a HEA. I don't want to spoil too much of the story as I hope you will read this book and the others in this series. I enjoyed it very much.
