I enjoyed this book a load, it should have a sequel to it. My favourite person would have to be Guinevere. I don't know why, though, lol.
Norma Lorre Goodrich's book, "King Arthur" is the definitive reconstruction of all the characters passed down as "myths" from Medieval England. I appreciated her scientific approach to the subject of King Arthur and was impressed by her thorough explanations of how former translations had skewed historical fact causing them to be considered myth. Goodrich's research makes me want to head to Hadrian's Wall and start looking for excavation sites to find King Arthur, Queen Guinivere, et al.
