Two African American brothers, Nazir and Micah Wamuto, decide to form their own micro nation after Nazir is harassed and nearly killed by a corrupt police officer. With the support of Micah's girlfriend, Shalaine, and her Native American tribe, Micah exploits his AI technology, a droid called Solomon, to succeed in taking Southern California and forming their own kingdom.
