Kings and Queens

This children's book is great for talking to kids about race and American Slavery. It does it in a way that uplifts Black Americans who are descendants of slavery. It also highlights and connect to current terms that Black Americans use today such as calling each other Kings and Queens as the title suggests. This book will be enjoyable for both parents and children due to the beautiful art style and message.
