Late Roman Amphorae in the Western Mediterranean

The aim of this volume is to present a new typology for late Roman amphorae, based upon site finds from the north-eastern coast of Spain. The work is divided into three chapters. The first is a detailed analysis of the dating evidence for the amphorae from Catalan sites. The second chapter begins with a short history of the study of late Roman amphorae, followed by the typology itself.
