Reviewed by Crystal Book provided by the publisher for review Review originally posted at Romancing the Book I hate to say that I skipped the other two books and read this one first. I don’t think that I missed anything. I believe that I needed to read the book about the parents before I read about the boys so that I knew what was going on. Molly was once the woman that took care of David’s three sons. One night she took up for them and things got out of hand and David finally gave into his feelings that he had been hiding for five months. He wanted Molly to get pregnant so that she would be his forever. He makes her feel that he doesn’t love her and she is second best to his wife that died giving birth to their third son. Molly doesn’t know that David is keeping secrets about his first marriage and she feels bad about never getting David’s love. They go on to have two sons of their own and when Molly turns 50 her three youngest talk her into giving divorce papers to David and finding that will love her. David won’t give her the divorce she is requesting. He knows he won’t live without the woman he has always loved and he starts to realize what he has done the twenty-five years of their marriage. He has a lot to make up for and he has to tell his sons to get out of his life and let him show his wife the feelings he has always felt for her. I have read many books by this author and I will tell you that she really knows how to write her books and get the readers involved. I was crying almost through the whole book. It was really emotional. Going back and forth between memories in their marriage and what they are going through now. I have to say that I have never cried so much while reading a book. When a book gets to you this much you know that the author has done a great job writing the book. The characters were great and yes at first David wasn’t one of my favorites. Once I got to know him my mind was changed. I could feel the love that these two had for each other and it made me wish for that kind in my marriage. I know that there is ups and downs in every marriage. That is what made me love this story so much. Nothing ever turns out the way you thought it would. I would tell everyone to read this series. I am glad that I started where I did but you might want to read yours in order.

I really enjoyed this book. The story line was great. I fell in love with Molly right away but my love for David took awhile. I didn't like how the story jumped so far ahead in their lives. You miss so much of their life together with the jump. But I still recommend this book to everyone.
