Fantastic! Whether you are a C - level executive, just starting out, or somewhere between, this book is a must read. Following the author's journey creating, building, and then maintaining a new business is entertaining, and highly educational. This book is a gripping page turner due to the honesty in which it was written - I could not put it down. Insightful lessons for not only business, but for life. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic read! I enjoyed the conversational style of the book and how genuine the author is about his successes and failures. Who knew that changing the corporate org chart would have such a great impact...Servant Leadership. When the CEO serves the employees, it empowers the employees to know what makes your organization different from the others and why you are the best. The lessons emphasize how the culture of an organization breeds success.

I bought this book on a Friday and I finished it one sitting. I could not put it down. It is one of the best and honest books on business and life- the ups and downs (overcoming your obstacles). Ray's story of taking something from nothing and making it great. I highly recommend this everyone in business leadership or just starting out. It is an easy read and well thought out book. It is one of the business books that I will read again. There are so many pearls of wisdom. Kudos to Ray- one of the visionaries in business. - Todd, Plano, TX
