About the Author

Kurt Michael Brundage, M.Ed. is an author and former high school teacher. He holds bachelor’s degrees in English and psychology as well as a master’s degree in school administration. Beginning in 2012, he spent 25 months in prison after having a brief relationship with a former student. He now works as a writer, public speaker, and activist, addressing the issue of unlawful teacher-student relationships by speaking to teachers, future teachers, and school officials and giving teacher trainings on the epidemic of unlawful teacher-student relationships. Kurt, his wife, and his daughter live in Wichita, Kansas
