Letters to My Sisters in Engineering

For one African-American female it's been a lonely journey being an engineer. Many engineers dream about designing the next generation of Tesla's or inventing the iPhone of the future. Brittany's dreams to be NOT the only token black woman, envisioning a more inclusive workplace culture where women of color are represented.
With very few African American role models in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, Brittany had to look within to become the change she wants to see.
