This book has to be the shortest "how to improve your fiction" volume in history. It's all of 11 pages long -- the whole book! Granted, it only cost $2.99, but when you subtract the pages for the cover, front matter, and author's bio, it comes down to 8 pages of actual content. That works out to 75 cents _per page_ for such expert advice as "use symbols to add meaning." My advice is to pay more and get a book with more content.
