Life on the Mississippi

The Setting is in the late 1830’s along the Mississippi River. Raised in a house of ill repute, by a widowed mother who worked in the club’s kitchen; the young child Lee was spoiled by the ladies who worked there as hostesses. A River Captain Jack held residence at the club to enjoy a place to relax when he was in town. Captain Jack took a liking to the child Lee.
