This was the first Branson book I've read, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. However, there really is nothing too earth shattering in regards to business that will make you feel like you've come away with something new. Yet, the book does contain a lot of encouragement to keep you motivated in this tough economy. More, just reading another businessman's experiences always seems to spark my own random ideas. Since the book really is just a collection of answers to emailed questions, I feel the book is a little light on material-- hence, the three star rating. But as an airplane read, definitely a four star.
