About the Author

The Wharton School awarded Ed Moldaver the designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst℠. He also received his Certified Portfolio Manger designation from Columbia University. Nonetheless,he is still the kid that emigrated from Kiev in the Ukraine, near the Dniprov River, and started my life in the United States in 1978, when I was twelve years old.
Ed began my career in finance as a runner in the commodities pits at the World Trade Center while attending college. Since then, he has spent close to 25 years managing wealth for affluent families, corporations, and institutions.

Prior to joining Barclays, Ed managed wealth for clients at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and before that Bear Stearns’ exclusive Private Client Services Group. During this time he became one of the firm’s youngest to earn the title of Senior Managing Director.

Ed became a member of the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Business Owner Executive Council, an invitation-only program reserved for the top 2% of financial advisors who focus their practice on helping small- and middle-market business owners. In addition, he has been instrumental in introducing and coordinating investment banking and real estate deals for my clients.
And now he coordinates a wealth management group in the prestigious international arena of Barclays, New York City.
