Oh swoon, Evie you have absolutely smashed this. As the start of a new series we are incredibly spoiled by the characters, storylines and settings. I absolutely adore the entire Foxbrooke family and all their eccentricities. Libby is hilarious, sweet, sunshine personified, full of heart and the perfect remedy for the seemingly uptight Henry who turns out to live up to his moniker Foxy in many ways - oh my someone fan me quick! I had no idea I would harbour Mr. Darcy fantasies till this book...

Very cute grumpy-sunshine, fake dating with slow burn and so much angst, Pride and Prejudice inspired proposals, a meddling family and an angry, growly cat. This book cheered me up so much!
