I found out about this book through a book group where we are emailed the first twenty pages, as soon as I started reading I was hooked and couldn't wait to buy the book. This book shows you love, family and simplicity.

This was a great book. I read it for summer reading by the choice of a librarian. In the beggining of the story it was very interesting. Then in the middle it was a little boring because of a nurse named, Sunnie. Though I was relieved to hear the ending of anyones dreams. This is a great read for anybody to enjoy a cuddly story with a hot cup of chocolate. READ,'THE LOVE OF THE WALNUTS!!!'

I thought that the characters were funny and that this book was overall good. I did it for a book report and I didnt have to take notes because it was so good and enticing that I knew I would have no problem remembering it.

Pretty good, kinda weird. Great characters and kooky and interesting plot lines. I enjoyed it while I was reading but it wasn't terribly compelling. Still, a nice little mindless break from some of the heavier reading I've been doing otherwise.

A fantasy/fairy tale of a family's utopia being threatened by jealous and evil brothers. When 3 of the family members and a chicken fall into a coma it is up to Sandy, the inmates at the local asylum and a nurse to save his family.
