About the Author

Rosalinde Bonnet has always loved nature, art and books. As a child, she could not decide whether she wanted to be a scientist who observes wildlife, an illustrator, or a writer. But because she spent most of her time doodling (even all over her notebooks during class!) or creating plays and sets for her puppets, she decided to study art. Since then, Rosalinde has written and illustrated numerous books. When she is not working or reading in her studio near Paris, she is walking and observing nature in wild places.
