Bell Harbor is a one-million copy bestselling series.

Delaney Masterson isn’t looking for fame.

Yes, she has famous parents and a reality TV show, but she’s not the wild-child celebrity the paparazzi have painted her to be. Until…The Scandal. When an old boyfriend releases a private video, Delaney’s name becomes every comedian’s favorite punch line. To escape the media, she sneaks away to Bell Harbor, Michigan—during the worst winter in fifty years.

Adventure show cameraman Grant Connelly has stayed away from Bell Harbor—mostly by choice—but when a family obligation converges with a spontaneous career decision, it’s time to return home.

When bad weather, missing money, honky-tonk musicians, and Elvis impersonators throw Grant and Delaney together on an unexpected road trip, emotions get all shook up. They know only fools fall in love, but they can’t help falling. Still, Delaney has a secret that could tear them apart forever.

Can they weather the storm? Or will this romantic ride end at the Heartbreak Hotel?

This is the first book that I have read by Tracy Brogan and I plan to read more. Love Me Sweet is filled with a lot of laughs, a little bit of tears and a sweet romance. Delaney Masterson is a reality tv star and a child of famous parents but she is trying to avoid the paparazzi after an ex-boyfriend releases a sex video of them. She was not aware of the tape and is extremely embarrassed. She rents a house in Bell Harbor and comes home to find a man in her shower. Grant Connelly is a cameraman and co-producer of an adventure film but quits and returns home to find that his mom rented out his house and spent the money. Grant and Delaney decide to temporarily share the house but then a comedy of errors begin. The more time they spend together the more their feelings grow but secrets are revealed and threaten to destroy their budding relationship.

A small-town, winter wonderland romance with endearing characters and oodles of humor! All he wanted was a long, hot shower and a long, deep sleep. Meaning that whoever this pissed-off brunette was, whatever deal she'd arranged with his flaky mother, they could talk about it after he'd scrubbed the jungle from his skin and rinsed the shampoo from his hair. "What do you mean it belongs to you? It can't belong to you. I just rented it," said the girl aiming that pink blow-dryer right at his heart. If he wasn't so damn exhausted, he might find that funny. She was holding the thing as if it would protect her. It was a blow-dryer! He nodded at it. "What do you plan to do with that thing, honey? Style me to death?" LOVE ME SWEET by Tracy Brogan is the third book in the author's Bell Harbor series and the first book I've ever read by this author. However, it, most assuredly, won't be the last for me as I already have the first book in this series , CRAZY LITTLE THING, sitting on my nightstand. Because I started with this book, I can attest that LOVE ME SWEET works well as a standalone. I thoroughly enjoyed it! I started reading it after supper one evening and simply could not put it down until I'd read the very last word around 2am the next morning. This is the story of Delaney Masterson, a reality TV star, and Grant Connelly, an adventure show cameraman. Both leads were great! Actually, to be totally honest, I wanted to shake the heroine a few times, but I quickly got over it and moved on. I loved - in random order - the couple's sweet and hot romance, their flirty dialogue, the charming, well-paced storyline, the author's writing style, the perfect HEA ending that positively oozed warm fuzzies, the charity aspect, the small-town snowy setting, the drama, the parts associated with Elvis and the Heartbreak Hotel, the pink hair dryer and the humor .... LOL! Did I miss anything? It's hard to pick a favorite scene since I had so many, but, at one point, the couple were in pursuit of the hero's mom on treacherous icy roads when they lost control and their car ploughed into a snowdrift destined not to move until a wrecker could be called. This was such a cute scene with the most delightfully sexy and comical banter. To top off all this deliciousness, there's an icing-on-the-cake snippet about a luminescent red bra. Trust me. You need to read it to experience it. I laughed 'til I cried. Bottom-line: If you're looking for a small-town winter-wonderland romance with completely endearing characters, dashes of humor, and a steamy romance, look no further than LOVE ME SWEET! Love Me Sweet by Tracy Brogan is a highly entertaining, enchanting romance that was well paced and held my interest through out. Delaney and Grant are fun main characters and things heat up pretty quickly between them.  The situation is unique, but the romance and feelings are believable.  I liked how Tracy managed to make things realistic between Grant and Delaney even though their circumstances are not ones that most people would find themselves in!  I liked these two together, and how the attraction happens whether or not they want it!  Delaney's big secret gets harder and harder for her to reveal as times goes by, and I almost dreaded what would happen when Grant found out!  I was interested to see where Delaney would go, what she would do, and if Grant would be a part of it. I loved all the quirky characters in Love Me Sweet, they really added a lot of dimension and kept things very interesting! My favorite part...the shower scene!! I love how Tracy writes and infuses humor naturally in her books, and Love Me Sweet is no exception.  I'd recommend Love Me Sweet to any romance reader looking for a lot of laughter and hope!

With famous parents, a reality TV show, and a successful career, Delaney lives the ultimate Beverly Hills lifestyle.  But when her ex releases a sex video with Delaney being the star performer, she quickly becomes the main focus of every gossip magazine.  Determined to get away from the paparazzi and fast spreading rumors, Delaney heads to quieter pastures.  And what better place to get unnoticed and blend in with the locals than Bell Harbor, Michigan?  After all, who would suspect that she would go to the middle of nowhere in what just may be the worst winter Bell Harbor has ever seen? Globe-trotting and working as a cameraman for one of the most popular adventure shows, Grant has made every effort to stay away from Bell Harbor.  But when an invitation makes its way to the Philippines jungle inviting Grant to his brother’s wedding, Grant decides that it’s time to make a life and career changing decision.  He packs up and heads back home.  But the greeting he gets from his family is far from warm.  Has he really been away for that long?   Now in her newly rented apartment, Delaney suspects the person in her bathroom is the maintenance man fixing the annoying shower.  Instead, she spies an incredible specimen in her bathroom.  But he’s not fixing the shower.  He’s USING it!  During Grant’s absence, his mother decides to rent out his apartment.   The very apartment that Delaney has just plopped down six months in cash to rent.        This is the third book that I’ve read by Tracy Brogan and, just like the first two, it did not disappoint.  Her humor and writing style grabs your attention right away and doesn’t let go until you’ve turned the last page.  With a cast full of colorful characters and a story that will have you laughing out loud, Love Me Sweet is the perfect feel good book for everybody!

Adorable, romantic escape! I received a complimentary copy of this book via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. Love Me Sweet is the third book in the Bell Harbor series, but it can easily be read as a standalone. I had not read the prior two books, and I had no problem following the story or falling in love with the characters. After reading Tracy Brogan’s Love Me Sweet, I do plan on adding her prior books to my TBR list! Love Me Sweet is a fun, lighthearted romance. I loved the tie into the entertainment industry and Delaney’s (aka Elaine) attempts to dodge the paparazzi and the scandal from which she is hiding. The best part was Delaney’s and Grant’s eschewing of the hype and shallowness in the entertainment industry and specifically reality television programs. Delaney’s phone conversations with her sister, Melody, about her LA scandal, her Bell Harbor “adventure” and her subsequent road trip are full of sibling humor. Grant and Delaney are believable and likable characters, and their chemistry is undeniable. The secondary characters add hilarity to the story. Everyone from the flamboyant wedding planner, Fontaine, to the members of the Paradise Brothers Band add to the plot tension and overall charm of the story. Love Me Sweet is adorable and entertaining from start to finish, and I am looking forward to reading more of Ms. Brogan’s Bell Harbor stories.

Tracy Brogan has done it again with her fun, laugh out loud romance. I could not put this book down. The story begins with Delaney, reality show star, goes into hiding after a scandal and she picks Bell Harbor to lay low. Grant, adventure show cameraman has returned home to Bell Harbor after being gone for quite awhile. Problems start when Delaney is renting Grant's house unbeknownst to him. They have agreed to become roommates, the adventure starts when Delaney is missing her backpack and they need to travel to Memphis, to retrieve it. The epic romantic road trip begins. They leave in the worse snowstorm ever, they travel with honky-tonk musicians, and want to be Elvis impersonators. They stay at the Heartbreak hotel, where there romance blossoms until secrets are let out in regards to Delaney. I must say I was excited about the wedding in the beginning. Loved all of the Elvis song titles through the book. Loved the boogie woogie room and the prize drawer. This is the third book in the series, but can be read as a stand alone. I can't wait for another Bell Harbor book. Tracy Brogan has become an auto buy author for me. She will not disappoint you in her fun loving, witty writing. I received this book from the author for an honest review.

4.5 Stars! Are you in the mood for a well-written, angsty romance with a delightful plot? If so, then get yourself a copy of Tracy Brogan's Love Me Sweet, and rest assured, you will not be disappointed. A good portion of this story takes place at the Heartbreak Hotel in Memphis and Elvis fans will truly appreciate the surrounding ambiance. It is interesting to note that Ms. Brogan spent some time at the actual hotel, which makes this story especially genuine and appealing. This book is about Delaney Masterson, a hot and down to earth reality TV celebrity with two super famous parents. She does not want to be recognized, but everything about her life is splashed all over the tabloids, including an illegally obtained sex tape. Delaney decides to take a break from all the Hollywood hubbub, and escape to the small town of Bell Harbor, Michigan for a little obscurity. Of course nothing goes according to plan and she ends up falling in love with her landlord, whose mother is a kleptomaniac and steals all her cash. Hunky Grant Connelly is a cameraman and producer for a TV reality adventure show. Before his job evolved into props, staging and a gutless star, he thrived on its adventure. The show's total lack of excitement and challenge finally causes him to quit and move back home to Bell Harbor. Grant also missed his family and felt guilty about spending all of his time traveling. He had no idea that his life would turn topsy-turvy when Delaney waltzed into his life and his bathroom. Together, they end up driving Delaney's beat-up yellow Volkswagen through a blizzard, in order to retrieve all the money she has in world. They are quite the unique pair! What a fun and entertaining read. Delaney and Grant's trek to Memphis is full of surprises, which does not include Delaney's identity being revealed. They meet many interesting people along the way, including a touring rock band with their very own love-shack and a roomful of Elvis impersonators. They fall in love quickly and Ms. Brogan nicely evolves their slightly bizarre relationship into something more. This book is replete with twists and turns that kept me engaged from beginning to end.
