About the Author

Dr. Meagan Pollock began her career as an engineer at Texas Instruments, working with microscopic mirrors to project light with precision. Today, she uses metaphorical projectors and mirrors to illuminate and adjust the social systems that shape our lives. Through her company, Engineered Organizations, Meagan helps leaders design intentional strategies that improve collaboration, innovation, and success across teams and organizations. A TEDx speaker on leadership and culture, author of the modern fable Magic Mirror, and former National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow, Meagan holds a PhD in Engineering Education from Purdue University, an MS in Electrical Engineering from Texas Tech University, and a BS in Computer Science from Texas Woman's University.
