Life is pretty normal for 26 year old Gabrielle Michaels. She lives in Western Pennsylvania with her best friend Monty, her dog Baxter, and her jobs which keep her living fairly simply. One night, during one of her shifts, something happens that throws her world into a tailspin. She finds out she is part of a race of magical beings called the Gromme.
