I bought this book to help me take the leap to the next level of machine bread making. It has done that. I am now using a scale to measure ingredients and am turning out some tasty "nuts and twigs" breads using ingredients I have never used before. Some were difficult to locate for purchase. The initial start up costs for ingredients and the scale was OK with me but might not be for some people. If I was not already an experienced bread maker, the recipes would be very difficult to use successfully. One recipe omits the yeast, requiring the knowledge to notice and remedy that omission. Others need a "fill in the blanks" reasoning to put the ingredients together. I will continue to enjoy the recipes in this book and am glad I have it. Some improvements in directions and proof reading would make it even better.
