An Examination of Facilitation of Proof Provisions to Protect the Exercise of Directive Rights and Implications for German Law: This thesis examines facilitations of proof in three EU directives (2019/1152, 2019/1158, 2019/1937) regarding cases of retaliation for the exercise of directive rights. After examining the meaning and scope of these provisions, the thesis discusses the need for and sensible ways of implementation into German law.
