From Ireland in 1937 to petty theft as a teenager in London, Sydney Gottfried graduated to a high-life of international double-dealing. Owner of a casino and nightclub, his many scams involved fake scotch, false identities, violent hookers, counterfeit money, mobsters, diamonds, Swiss banks, penis enlargements, auction houses, krugerrands, racetracks, and the public at large in both Britain and the US.
