Middleton Corner is a non-descript crossroads on Ohio U.S. 68 south of Xenia and north of Wilmington. Even the crossroads is a bit unorthodox because Spring Valley Paintersville Road intersects U.S. 68 and then jogs a short distance on U.S. 68 before continuing its meandering path between Spring Valley and Paintersville.
