I was dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety from my job. I was finding myself taking on more work than ever before and it was really stressing me out. I decided to download this book to see if I could find some tips on how to deal with the stress and anxiety that I was feeling from my workplace. I found that this book really had some great tips on how to use mindfulness to your advantage. I learned about the Mindfulness Concept, Mindfulness Barriers and how Mindfulness can be used to deal with anxiety. I feel as though this is helping me immensely and I am improving my stress and anxiety levels. Highly recommend this book!
